Without hesitation, I can highly recommend 911 Restoration. Chris, our project manager, was onsite within an hour of our call. He dealt professionally and calmly (thank goodness, I was not!) with every aspect of our emergency, from mitigating a total mess to beautifully reconstructing our finished space within a very specific budget. Chris and his team were fantastic and we could not be more pleased that we chose 911 Restoration.

These guys are the best. They showed up when they said they would, didn't gouge on the price and were completely professional from beginning to end. Hopefully, we never go through this again, but Chris and his team will be my first call if we do!

The guys at 911 Restoration were quick, thuough, professional, kind, and did an amazing expert job at my house. Pricing was affordable and appropriate. I had an extensive amount of mold found hind the walls of a large shower that had rotted away the area, and they quickly came in, eliminated and killed the mold, removed the damaged structure materials, and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even went above and beyond, coming back to close up a hole in the ceiling that rotted materials left (this was not a part of the job I requested or paid for). I was SO grateful for the extra step they took to secure my bathroom, outside of their assigned job. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration to anyone!
