A Fresh Start is coming to Kansas City!
Owner of 911 Restoration of Kansas City Metro Mike Martin comes to the restoration industry with a business background that centers on customer service: “I owned and operated a donut franchise for 16 years,” laughs Mike, “I’m an expert in making people feel good.”
Having run his own restoration company for 5 years, Mike finally feels ready to take a next step towards growing his business by joining a national franchise, but not before enlisting a partner:
A former fire-fighter, Kent Friedeman is no stranger to the restoration and emergency service industry. However his professional experience started even earlier than that: “straight out of college, I got myself a job inspecting asbestos for public schools,” says Kent. “It makes perfect sense to transition into restoration afterward.”
Today Kent and Mike are co-owners of the new 911 Restoration of Kansas City Metro, serving both the residents of Missouri and Kansas states. “With the backing of a reputable franchise such as 911 Restoration, we can offer our customers much more in term of services, such as a 24/7 phone line.”
The two are heavily involved in their community. For 12 years, Mike has been coaching and sponsoring the local youth basketball and softball teams which his daughters are also a part of. Kent regularly volunteers to help out the homeless population in Kansas City, and even volunteers at the correction facilities.
Together they are excited to serve the residents of Kansas City, or rather, in their own words: “we can’t wait to start helping out our neighbors!”
